Dear Bishop,

There is no doubt in my mind that circumstances were manipulated by a
Heavenly hand as an answer to prayer so that my entire family could be
blessed by having you as a Bishop. I'm not sure you can appreciate the
magnitude that you have blessed our family.

The greatest lesson I have learned from you personally so far is to
trust the guidance of the Spirit. For me that is hard, but your
confidence in acting has inspired me to be more bold.
