HOWDY COWBOY BISHOP,
Congratulations on your 50th Birthday. We have enjoyed you as our Bishop. We have watched as you took a newly organized Ward and pulled it together, to make up a wonderful Ward Family. With love and support from your counselors, and especially the support given by your loving wife and family, we have become a truly Ward Family. May God's richest blessings be bestowed upon you and your family. Not much difference between a Cowboy and a Bishop, still rounding up strays and bringing them back to the herd.
